To which countries does Atelier Pierre ship?
We currently ship our products to everywhere in the BENELUX and Germany.
How much shipping costs do I pay?
If you order for less than € 100, you pay € 8 shipping costs.
For orders over € 100, your order will be delivered to you for FREE.
When will my order be delivered?
Every order, if in stock, will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. The goods are only dispatched & delivered upon receipt of full payment by the customer.
Please note: Orders are shipped between Monday and Thursday, legal holidays excluded. We are not responsible for unpredictable delivery service delays.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with delivery details from our transport company (GLS). Please keep this e-mail safe. All information to track your order or to retrieve information can be read in this e-mail.
Is it possible to pay on delivery of my order?
No, this is not possible. This type of shipment is not carried out at Atelier Pierre. To place your online order, you always have to make an online payment.
Is the product I ordered always in stock?
At Atelier Pierre, we manage a large in-house stock of most products. However, not all the products you see in our webshop are always in stock in our warehouse. For each product, we indicate as best we can whether or not it is in stock. This is done by means of a colour code.
§ If the product has a green dot, it is available.
§ If the product has a yellow dot, the product has a limited availability.
§ If the product has a red dot, the product is temporarily unavailable. .
Can I cancel my order before dispatch?
It is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Do you want to cancel your order? Please send us an e-mail with the subject "CANCELLATION ORDER" or contact us by phone as soon as possible:

How much time do I have to request my return?
You have 14 days after receiving your items to change your mind.
How can I return?
You can return an item in 4 simple steps:
1. Report your return to our customer service at email@example.com, with the following information:
§ Order number
§ Personal details (Name, address and telephone number)
§ Possible reason for return (you can fill this in later on your return form)
§ Subject mail: "RETURNS ORDER".
We will contact you as soon as possible. First wait for our feedback, before you go to the next step. .
2. Then combine all the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Download our return form and add it to the package.
3. Take your parcel to the nearest GLS parcel shop and return it to the return address. For your information: the return costs are completely for your own account. Find here a GLS parcelshop near you.
4. When we have received your return, the goods will be inspected to see if there's any damage. After that we'll contact you via e-mail and we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs and possible compensation).

The fine print:
§ Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. Was the product used anyway or are certain parts missing? We will review the condition of the returned item and will determine the depreciation of the item based on this.
§ Only products sold in our online shop can be returned. Products purchased from one of our retail partners cannot be returned.
§ Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to start the returns procedure. After this period, it is no longer possible to return a product. This right of revocation does not apply to business clients.
§ Some products cannot be returned, such as products discounted by Sales or PROMO as well as personalized items. The latter are defined as "goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the customer".
§ Return costs are paid by the individual / sender.
A damaged item was delivered, now what?
At Atelier Pierre we do our very best to produce and deliver only high-quality products. Of course, sometimes things can go wrong...
Have you received a damaged item? Please contact us, within 2 days of receipt, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send us a full description of the damage to the product, with accompanying photos for clarification. If reported later than 2 days, we can no longer accept it, as it is then likely that the damage was caused by the customer himself.
Can I exchange products?
Would you like a different color or size? Then you must return your items first, after which you will be refunded the purchase price. Then you can place a new order.
